Here at Katrinas School we have a step-by-step enrolment process for all prospective students, so you are fully aware of your commitments and responsibilities in undertaking study with us. Of course, it also gives you a chance to check us out and our great campuses.
1. Tour the campus
You are given the opportunity to view our great facilities and gain an understanding of the learning environment you will be entering. This helps you decide upfront about what we offer and if you are comfortable with us. We know you will be, cause we’re awesome
2. Undertake a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) Assessment
You need a certain level of skill in language, literacy and numeracy to undertake any of the courses we offer. Ensuring your suitability for starting with Katrinas is a responsibility we take seriously and care about. We want to you be successful and this is an important step.
3. Enrolment interview
Up to this point you’ve been checking us out, now we get to check you out. After successfully completing the LLN, non-diploma students proceed to an enrolment interview to fill out the paperwork, discuss the school policies and procedures, payment of fees, complete the contract and pay a deposit. Diploma students however must first undertake a suitability assessment assignment. We have limited places available in our school and this helps determine the successful applicants. It involves a student profile, plus a research assignment. It will also give you a taste what to expect in your course.
